I'm new to this area and needed a dentist because I broke a tooth. Lane & Associates was listed under my insurance as participating so I called. They answered the phone after only one ring! (That has never happened to me before, I usually get an automation.) Told the lady what happened and that I was having pain... She asked me, "Would you like to come in now?" I was ecstatic! So, I found my way to the office, filled out my paperwork and had a seat. They informed me I would be worked in on the phone and may have a little wait, but that really wasn't the case. I was taken to the exam room in about 10 minutes.
