Dr. Stacy Sullivan and Chasity Willard completely changed my smile by taking the time to do things correctly and with perfection. I have never had a dentistry team take the time and care for my smile like they did. They treated me as if my smile was their own. I can't stop looking at my teeth and am forever grateful for their patient care. I will recommend this team to anyone and will follow Dr. Sullivan wherever she goes. If I move, I will make the drive just to make sure I stay her patient. I hope Lane and Associates understands the gems they have with these two. I couldn't be happier. more

Ashley and Dr. Mack Rock!!!! Both are very friendly and Ashley took time to explain to me what was happening before it happened so that I could remain calm during the procedure!!! Seemed like a nice place!!! Thanks Ashley and Dr. Mack!!!! more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! 3/16/2012

I'm new to this area and needed a dentist because I broke a tooth. Lane & Associates was listed under my insurance as participating so I called. They answered the phone after only one ring! (That has never happened to me before, I usually get an automation.) Told the lady what happened and that I was having pain... She asked me, "Would you like to come in now?" I was ecstatic! So, I found my way to the office, filled out my paperwork and had a seat. They informed me I would be worked in on the phone and may have a little wait, but that really wasn't the case. I was taken to the exam room in about 10 minutes. Pros: null Cons: null more

To facilitate being seen expeditiously at the time of your appointment, we ask that you download, print and complete the forms below before your arrival. Please remember to bring them with you at the time of your appointment or mail the completed forms back to our office as soon as possible. Also, remember to bring any Insurance cards that might apply to you or your family at the time of your appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment you have scheduled with us, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
