Good service and fixed our problem very quickly. In fact almost too quickly to be charged $100.00. We appreciate that the plumber came the same day that we requested the service and pretty close to the time slot we requested as well. They didn't call to say they wouldn't be there within the two hour time frame but they did take some money off the bill for being late. It took them all of 2-3 minutes, if that, to fix the clogged toilet. The total bill was over $100.00 with the late discount and that seems quite high! My teenage son had to pay the bill since he's the one that flushed the half eaten chicken breast down the toilet. Good lesson in paying for your mistakes I guess. Anyway, as long as we live in Lincoln we will call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs!
