We had a sewer problem and Roto-rooter came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. Joe was here first thing in the morning and fixed it. Great customer service,...

Very pleased with services. The gentlemen that I spoke with were kind and helpful. When we had a bit of an emergency they came out earlier than previously scheduled. They also honored a coupon I forgot that I had after I had payed and the man had left. Would recommend! more

I am remodeling half-bathroom in my mid-century house, and was aiming to minimally make leaking toilet functional and, possibly, update it. Lincoln NE Roto-rooter service person carefully explained various options, relaying how he would do his best, but toilet might break in trying to remove metal fittings. He advised against updating, noting problems people are having with low-flow toilets. (Porcelain of my older toilet is fine, but I was seeing leakage.) I followed his recommendation. Older toilet has been outfitted with new innards and there is no leakage. So far all is well and instead of paying $500 and buying new toilet problems, I have functioning older toilet for half the cost. I am very satisfied and will ask for this service person again. more

The National Website for Roto-Rooter Lincoln threw me off because it listed service as being 24/7 with no extra cost. (that turned out to be incorrect) \r \r Other than that, ""Greg,"" the technician, had a good attitude and got my drain back to draining again. This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Roto-Rooter and see no reason to go anywhere else when the time comes to clear the drain again. \r \r Tom Geist 12-29-14 more

We are located in Lincoln Nebraska and just purchased a new kitchen sink and found out after we installed it that we actually had a clogged pipe somewhere. I called on a Saturday morning, and they told me that they would be able to be out to look at it and try and fix it between 3-5pm. They actually ended up being able to make it to our house by about 2pm and fixed the problem right away. No overtime costs either! I love that they have free estimates, and don't charge unless they do any work. The plumber told us some things that we could do to try and stop our ""sludge"" buildup problem from happening again, and overall was very helpful and kind. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs! more

Customer Experience was great, From the Head-Honch-o to the plumber that came to my home here in Lincoln. They were prompt and arrived on time. Friendly service worker that explained everything that he was doing for the issues faced. A couple of things that I found kind of disappointing were, one that they could not fix my issue that day, and two when I asked for the boss man to follow-up with a quote for fixing the issues, I never received a call? So to clean out some roots and for the service man to tell me that I may have a broken pipe, and a cap for the clean out... $300, with no warranty, and no follow-up. Guess that?s the price of a professional though, I just wish they showed all walks of professionalism, especially the follow-up. more

Timely & Courteous Service 4/16/2012

Alex was very efficient and professional. We have an old house (built in 1935) so plumbing is occassionally an issue. Roto Rooter has been out several times over the years to 'clean us out'. They've always been prompt and do a great job! See you in 5 years! Pros: null Cons: null more

Same day service 3/7/2012

Good service and fixed our problem very quickly. In fact almost too quickly to be charged $100.00. We appreciate that the plumber came the same day that we requested the service and pretty close to the time slot we requested as well. They didn't call to say they wouldn't be there within the two hour time frame but they did take some money off the bill for being late. It took them all of 2-3 minutes, if that, to fix the clogged toilet. The total bill was over $100.00 with the late discount and that seems quite high! My teenage son had to pay the bill since he's the one that flushed the half eaten chicken breast down the toilet. Good lesson in paying for your mistakes I guess. Anyway, as long as we live in Lincoln we will call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs! Pros: null Cons: null more

What a great service we got from Roto Rooter. The plumber was very quick and gave us great tips so our problem wouldn't happen again. Our basement flooded over the weekend and being new homeowners we were very nervous and wanted to resolve the issue fast. We called Roto-Rooter here in Lincoln and a plumber arrived the next day. What I thought would be a quick in and out in the laundry line turned out to be a nail bitting time for me. Greg the expert had to climb atop the roof with his equipment in hand and start the process only to have an undescribable substance start to rise in the kitchen sink. After the second attempt to repostion the cable the gunk finally let loose. Thank God. The line was cleared after checking running water to make sure the pipes were open. Great Service 1/12/2012

I made an appointment for a preventative service. The gentleman that came was awesome. He was clean, thorough and kept me informed with what I needed and made some great suggestions for prevention. We had used another plumbing company to try and to the same thing and they wanted to tear up concrete etc. What is was a a plug that was blocking the drains. What a great company and great service. ROTO-ROOTER, THE ONE TO CALL ! 1/9/2012

We live in an older neighborhood, with lots of trees. We needed help with our sewer backing up from tree roots in the basement drain. We called about 11 a.m on a monday and the plumber was at our house on time that day and within a little over an hour our drain was fixed and I could continue to wash our clothes. Mark, the plumber was so polite and helpful , he was very professional and did a great job. I am sure we will always call Roto-Rooter with our plumbing problems. We called roto rooters at 8:00AM about a slow drain which was backing up in the shower. By 10:00 AM Mark was at the house and had taken the time to look on the office computer to see what he had done 3 year previous to fix the same problem. This is the 2nd time we needed a plumber and both times Mark came to our rescue. We live north of Lincoln and have our own well & sewage. Mark went above and beyond to unplug the main drain to our house. We will call them again when we need plumbing services. Thanks!! more
