I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff. In May I bought a complete system and in December my system quit working on the heat cycle. I contacted your office and within 45 minutes (2) of your technicians were at my front door. They diagnosed the problem and found it to be the reversing valved had gone bad. (1) technician left and went to the warehouse to get a new one, the other stayed and took the bad part off and pulled the vacuum on the system. Within (3) total hours my system was up and running. Service after the sale is very important and I feel that your staff exceeded every expectation.
