This review is just about this clinic and not about the doctors, as I never got to see one either. Since I was required to call and make an appointment and pay a co-pay, I also expected to be treated in an honest and reasonable manner. This was certainly not the case at New York Urologic Institute. Right when I got to the place there were patients everywhere, herded in this small, cramped waiting room, which definitely gave the appearance of one of those patient Mills. Of course I also had to pay the co-pay as soon as I arrived, and the girl at the front told me it would be just a short wait, which to me was hard to believe, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.\r
