Extremely Poor service 2/9/2012

We signed up through the MPLS Home&Garden show, we paid top buck for POOR quality service. All we were having done was a bathtub insert. (over our existing bathtub). They said it would be about 1 or 2 day project. It ended up to be 3 months before it was completed. They measured wrong, forgot to place our order and then instead they had to put in whole new tub (since they forgot to put in our order). Then they finally came out and they cut it wrong, then they left us waiting and waiting and then we had to call them and then finally they got it put in and we were not satisfied with the sloppy job, so we had to call again and then they did not show up or even call us. So we had to call again and finally someone finished the job up satisfactorily 3 months later, but the stopper did not work on the tub, we have told the company 3 times and we still have no stopper so we have not been able to use the tub for 7 months!!!!! I called them again today and they said everyone was in a meeting and no ever called me back (which is typical!) Do not waste your money on this company! more
