Excellent Windows 5/3/2013

Excellent product - absolutely very happy with product! I wish I could replace other windows with this product! The installation was neat and Andy, our installer, cleaned the windows when he was done. more

Person got upset and left, would not even leave a quote. If this is how their sales to win new business acts, not sure I can trust this company. more

Extremely Poor service 2/9/2012

We signed up through the MPLS Home&Garden show, we paid top buck for POOR quality service. All we were having done was a bathtub insert. (over our existing bathtub). They said it would be about 1 or 2 day project. It ended up to be 3 months before it was completed. They measured wrong, forgot to place our order and then instead they had to put in whole new tub (since they forgot to put in our order). Then they finally came out and they cut it wrong, then they left us waiting and waiting and then we had to call them and then finally they got it put in and we were not satisfied with the sloppy job, so we had to call again and then they did not show up or even call us. So we had to call again and finally someone finished the job up satisfactorily 3 months later, but the stopper did not work on the tub, we have told the company 3 times and we still have no stopper so we have not been able to use the tub for 7 months!!!!! I called them again today and they said everyone was in a meeting and no ever called me back (which is typical!) Do not waste your money on this company! more

OVER PRICED AND ROBBED MY MOTHER!!!! 11/24/2011

These people over there at Minnesota Rusco are not what they explain themselves to be. Now if I had known that they were based out of Minnetonka, I would have made my mother to not follow through with the contract that she had with them. My mother paid them $10,000 to put laminate on the existing cupboards, new drawers, new cupboard doors, new faucet, new sink, and faucet vanity in our kitchen. My mother was ripped off!!! Plain and simple!!!! Our kitchen is only 10ft x 12ft. Now how many cupbaords can you fit in that space? Not that many! No wonder they have a 5-day grace period only! That way they can rob people in plain sight!!!! For that type of money, they should have put all new wood, and I mean Cherry or MAG. On top of that, they took our new faucet I installed the previous year, that was a $100 faucet. And on top of that, the faucet they installed, leaked. Whether it was the plumbers fault, it still has MN Rusco's stamp on it. Overall, a total freakin rip-off!!!!!!! more

Very nice windows and great service! 10/16/2011

My parents had Rusco windows installed from this company in their new home in 1959! So had to give them a chance to visit with us on replacement windows for our home built in 1983. The sales person did a great job on explaining the options and prices. The person that measured for the windows added more detailed information we needed to make them perfect for us. The installers were very professional and fast! We are so happy with the windows. The only thing that hurt a bit was the price. However, when you get life time warranty, and over the top service we are willing to pay a bit more. Thanks RUSCO! I will pass the word to anyone shopping for windows! more

Minnesota Rusco has an excellent follow through and response time. The salesperson I dealt with was very courteous, and the manner over the phone was excellent! I was shown how to operate my new windows after they installed them and U will definitely purchase from them again. more

Highly recommended! 6/15/2011

I love my Rusco windows I recommend them to everyone. It took a few days to do all of my windows but everyday I came home you would never even tell that someone was working in my home. My neighbor had a dumpster in his driveway when he had his windows replaced - but I did not when I hired this company! 4 guys completed the work and they were all very professional. P.S. The new windows clean so easily too! more

We had several companies out to take a look at our home to replace a lot of windows. Most, my wife and I didn't think we could trust to take on a job of this size. Minnesota Rusco sent Scott out, one of there Senior reps. He spent a lot of time explaining our options honestly and common sense terms comparing his products to all of the other products were considering. He came back a week after measuring our project with a comprehensive layout of several options on his laptop. we were able to pick exactly what were comfortable with, get help with financing the project that was better than at our own bank! The measure guy, the crew of installers were very experienced and did a more than great job. We did have a couple of concerns along the way - a quick call to Scott and they were taken care of immediately! They weren't the cheapest window estimate we got - but we weren't looking for cheap windows, we wanted a hassle free install with people we thought we could trust. We couldn't have bee more

I had windows and entry doors installed by Minnesota RUSCO and I couldn't be happier! It was refreshing after dealing with some of the other sales reps from other companies that RUSCOS rep actually focused on what my needs were and not just to sell me. I felt the attention to detail and explaining all aspects of the products were excellent. Most importantly, my expectations not only were met, but exceeded greatly and I am not easy to please. My energy bill has been remarkably lower and I love how the windows look on my house. I can understand why this company has been around as long as they have, because they do business the way it ought to be conducted, with honesty and excellence! I would recommend this company to ANYONE that needs work on their house. more

Quality Patio and Entry Doors 11/10/2010

I've had a great experience with Rusco! The salesperson was very helpful and detailed with all of the information I didn't even think about when shopping. He really brought the small details into perspective that really made a difference in my decision. After shopping around they seemed to offer way more for your money. All the other door companies I looked at seemed liked they were just going to piece together a door without having the quality that could hold up to our extreme weather. I highly recommend their quality door brands and them. The installers were very professional too. more
