During my occupancy at the Silver Gardens life was an absolute terror. Not only is the location subject to constant homeless raids but also home to hateful and rude tenants as well as management personelle. Since my move in, manager Joshua Willis began his harrassment because of a visiting partner. His attacks grew with more vigor - constantly threatening to evict me because of my partner visiting. Under no provision on the lease agreement or any other rules or regulations does it mention we as tenants are not allowed to have guests. It got to the point where he's knocking on my door at odd hours of the day even past business hours telling me to have my partner leave or else he will have him removed by APD for criminal trespassing. This manager is in violation of the New Mexico Uniform Rental laws ARTICLE 8A\r
RENT CONTROL PROHIBITION 47-8-36-A and 47-8-39. Don't let this happen to you! Don't let these homophobic power mongering people take your money.
