My wife had visited Sam at Professional Fleet Services to have work done after having several different repair shops in the area tell her they couldn't figure out what was causing a handful of odd problems. Sam was fast, helpful, and friendly then, so now that I have to take care of some problems with a car that's out of warranty but not yet paid off, this seemed like the place to go. I'm not trying to return it to showroom condition, but I need it to last another two years. Sam's been great about prioritizing what to fix, explaining why, and working out a plan to space repairs out so that I can afford them. Several times, he's taken time to talk with me about the car's issues on the phone. Sam's been a great help in dealing with a less-than-ideal situation. It's no wonder Professional Fleet Services is so busy.
