Dr. Mann recommneded and performed surgery to fix a deviated septum for my chronic post nasal drip. (Constant lump in my throat). The pre surgery visits were all great. Dr. Mann was very enthusiastic and optomistic. There were no surgical complicationsl. Unfortunately, the post surgery experience was awful. I was almost completely unable to breath for a week. The worst part is that the surgery did not help. During my next follow-up visit I explained that I didn't feel any improvement. Dr. Mann responded by walking out of the office without saying a word to me. I was stunned. Needless to say I did not return for additional follow-up visits. No one called to apologize or to check up on me. This was the worst medical experience I ever had.
