The food was pretty good, though lukewarm. The delivery and service in general were extremely poor. The delivery estimate was an hour. I received my food almost 2.5 hours after ordering it.
Around the 2 hour mark I called the restaurant repeatedly and received only an answering machine message. When the food finally arrived, the driver was unapologetic and simply said that the area was difficult to navigate. It isn't, particularly, but had I been called by the driver ahead of time I could have offered directions. It also would've been nice to know that they hadn't accidentally driven off a cliff, which is what I was assuming at that point.
The food itself was pretty good, though of course the naan and the fried items didn't fare well being in the back of someone's car for 2 hours. They did decently after being reheated in my oven but were by no means fresh. I can imagine dining in at this place would be worthwhile. I certainly can't recommend their delivery though.
Props to the eat24 service folks for promptly responding and refunding me though.
