WOW! Look up customer service is the dictionary and you're sure to see a picture of Dan. From the phone call, to the moment I walked in, until I left RepairZoom, I felt as though I was royalty. Not something you would expect from a ""repair shop"". Dan's laidback, yet professional, demeanor was very comforting. I had no doubt RepairZoom could get my daughter's iTouch back in working order.
