WOW! Look up customer service is the dictionary and you're sure to see a picture of Dan. From the phone call, to the moment I walked in, until I left RepairZoom, I felt as though I was royalty. Not something you would expect from a ""repair shop"". Dan's laidback, yet professional, demeanor was very comforting. I had no doubt RepairZoom could get my daughter's iTouch back in working order. Nice to know there are companies who treat customers right... the first time. Thanks again Dan and RepairZoom! more

The Only Place in Orange County to get IPad Repairs 9/27/2011

My glass on my iPad was broken. I walked into the RepairZoom location in Irvine and walked out within just a few hours with my iPad working like it was new. Everyone was so nice and they made my iPad look great. The Irvine location is very convenient. RepairZoom also does iPod, iPhone and iTouch repairs on the spot. Check out their website for all the details. You can also mail it in and have your iPad back in days. I cannot say enough how great they were. Anyone looking for any Apple product repairs quickly should bring their stuff to RepairZoom. more

Best iPhone repair 8/29/2011

RepairZoom is, hands down, the very best iPhone repair shop ever! The staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are totally honest about the repairs and then they fix your gadget. Right then, at the store, while you wait! It took less than an hour for them to repair the cracked screen on my 4G. These guys are amazing! more
