It is sad to realize that people like me are the reason this place is still in busines... Out of 5 TVs we sent them 3 came back still dead and one is supoosedly beyond repair. Everyone of the repairs they have done for us were over $280.00, and that is with the 10% volume discount.\r
I have tried to talk to them - useless. People in charge are rude. Their explanation was: the ereplacement boards ($250.00 each) are often dead on arrival. Does that mean they don't test the TV before returning it as ""fixed""? \r
