I like Fitness 19 because when I joined up at the gym, a manager who was on staff, John Star, showed me how to use the machines and how to lift weights. This has helped me control my diabetes and helped with my blood pressure. The greeter at the gym I go to (Clint) greets me by my name, and I think when they greet you by your name when you come in, it makes it that much more personal.
