First: They give so much and you are complaining about how small the plates are, how much do you expect to eat!? It's called a regular combo! Go across to the other food places and ask for a plate of food and I'm pretty sure you won't get as much AND they will be on the SAME plate!
Second: if you go to McDonald's do you ask them to put the tomatoes and lettuce on the side??? It's a COMBO it comes together. They are nice enough to be putting the chicken in a cup ON THE SIDE for you when you didn't want it on the plate.
Third: there are so many customers who want it their way, they have to stick to rules or else everyone will want to have it their way. They are only working for minimum wage, they are not there to take ugly attitudes from rude customers who think they are ALWAYS right. And customers are NOT always right.
You can't be going in there expecting 5-star service and food, it’s a FOOD COURT. It's the best food and service I've come across in a food court and the portions are too generous for the price. The food scene is a hard job to handle, not because of the work load but because of bad customers. It's hard to please everyone and it's impossible to. You say that you work at a place that prides itself on customer service, well you became the type of customer i'm pretty sure that you would hate to come across. Because I would hate to come across a customer like you. I'm sure that they will do fine without your business since you are so picky... IT'S A FOOD COURT FOOD STALL!
I've discovered this Big Easy Cajun location after the one in City Center went down with the whole mall. I love Bourbon Chicken and this is the best there is.
