I had my rug picked up on 1.23.12. \r

I was told i would be called to schedule a drop off for next 10-12 days. \r

I waited 18 days with no call. I had to call 3 times to finally be told that my rug was done and just sitting there. \r

I scheduled delivery for the following Monday.\r
\r
The rug was delivered soaking wet and when I told the tech that I did not want to put down a wet wool rug on my hardwood floor he seemed really surprised. \r

He then told us hat the rug wasn't going to come clean and that he stopped trying because it wasn't worth their time. \r
\r
Then they called me and the manager started yelling at \r
Me that I was upset with the situation.\r
\r
I was not going to continue to be screamed at by the manager.\r
\r
This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had.\r
\r
