Horrible experience DON'T USE 2/13/2012

\r \r I had my rug picked up on 1.23.12. \r \r I was told i would be called to schedule a drop off for next 10-12 days. \r \r I waited 18 days with no call. I had to call 3 times to finally be told that my rug was done and just sitting there. \r \r I scheduled delivery for the following Monday.\r \r The rug was delivered soaking wet and when I told the tech that I did not want to put down a wet wool rug on my hardwood floor he seemed really surprised. \r \r He then told us hat the rug wasn't going to come clean and that he stopped trying because it wasn't worth their time. \r \r Then they called me and the manager started yelling at \r Me that I was upset with the situation.\r \r I was not going to continue to be screamed at by the manager.\r \r This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had.\r \r Do not use.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r more

Just beware, they will try to sell you everything under the sun. The woman who owns the company could care less about customer service Oh, good luck trying to get a hold of her. She will not even answer your call if she knows you are complaining. more

Bait and Switch 1/4/2011

On the positive side, the guys showed up on time and the carpet was cleaned effectively. On the negative side, it seems I got ripped off. I exchanged several emails describing the carpet as a very dirty cream carpet. I was quoted $75. I ended up paying $149. They added cost for sanitizing, deep cleaning, pre-spray, and scotch guard. Why wasn't this included in the original quote- ""the carpet was dirtier than we expected"". Yeah- right. And to end it all I am told to write a check to the technician, not the company. So, Uncle Sam gets ripped off plus I get ripped off. more

5 stars is not enough 4/2/2010

I would highly recommend Chicagoland carpet cleaners to anyone. I Called on a Saturday morning to get an estimate for a 2 br condo we just moved into. Someone was on site before noon. The technician was extremely courteous and professional. We had our carpet and upholstery done. The cleaning was exceptional. Also, the dispatcher had told us we could clean our HVAC ducts at the same appointment. The guys had the necessary equipment on the truck and took care of it while they were there. Our house went from smelling like its age (70 years) to fresh and clean in about two hours. Amazing. Knowledgeable,professional and courteous cleaning service 4/2/2010

Chicagoland carpet cleaners technician did a fantastic job on our rather old and very dirty carpet. He was on time, professional, and went to extra trouble and effort to retreat some very stained areas and even to tidy up frayed edges. Carpet looks 100% better. Wow! never expect to get such an amazing cleaning service! 4/2/2010

I called Chicagoland carpet cleaners on a Thursday 8:55am I got their voice mail and left a message that I would like information on getting some work done. To my surprise I got a call from Didi, who sound amazing, to follow up on my request. She answered all my questions and was supper nice to deal with. She said she could have a guy to my place in two hours. Matt arrived on time, took a look at the job and advised me of the best way to proceed. He worked steadily and did a fantastic job. Didi,the nice representative from the office called to make sure I was pleased with his work before leaving my condo. I would like to thank Matt and Didi for very professional and courteous job. Happy costumer :) 4/2/2010

These guys are great, they were right on time for my 2-3 arrival window..they even called 30 min before to tell me they would be at my house at 5 minutes after 2pm. My carpets and drapes were very dirty and I was very pleased when George, the technician was able to remove all of the stains. A customer service representative called me at the end of the job just to make sure I am happy with the service. Finely...Carpet cleaning company we can trust. 4/2/2010

We have a huge house and most of it is carpeting. We had tried several carpet cleaners in the past and were never satisfied, either from the price or from the poor service. A month ago we had some remodeling work done and the carpeting was a mess! We were about to replace it, but their convincing review at Citysearch made us call Chicagoland carpet cleaners. Our carpeting looks brand new, and the price was very reasonable for a house our size! We're Hooked on Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners and will never look elsewhere again!"" Pros: Great job! I had a great experience with Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners. The technician was very professional but at the same time very friendly. He gave great detail on what he was going to clean and why and the price. I appreciated that a lot because most of the time people just come in and give you a quote and it ends up being more for whatever reason. When he need to do something he didn't mention he called and got approval before assuming it will be okay. To top it off the price was great. My 4 year old son just spilled cranberry juice all over my white carpet 2 days before a big family reunion. That and some other minor stains convinced me to call the cleaners. These carpet cleaners did such an outstanding job. In my daughters bathroom a pipe busted and all the carpets got socked and had some spotting. We couldn't even step foot into the room. I called Chicagoland carpet cleaners and they came out within an hour. They came in and got straight to work. I didn't think they be able to make the smell and spots go away but they did! HORRIBLE 3/20/2010

Called this place because I saw the ad for buy 2 rooms get 1 free. They quoted $89 for the 2 rooms and hallway. They ended up finishing the job in 45 minutes charging extra for scotch gaurd which they did not do, deep cleaning which should of been included in the $89 and a deoderizer which should of been included. The whole time they only used 1 soultion to clean the carpet. I ended up paying $188 for 45 minutes of work!!! I could of bought a steam cleaner at target for this much. This place is absolutely horrible. Calling Stanley steamless next time for half the price.. Pros: NOTHING Cons: PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVERYTHING more

My tenant happy,I am happy :) 8/5/2009

I've had several complaints from my tenants that the carpets need to be replaced. They hired carpet cleaners, but the next day it looked like nothing was cleaned. Its really difficult now, during the holiday season to replace carpets for all my tenants. I decided to do some research myself. I called Chicagoland carpet cleaners, and they were amazing. They have a really powerful machine, that was able to remove the stains and keep my tenants happy. more
