Went to another place to have my computer looked at. I kept being told to wait. Don't know what they were in the middle of but I didn't see any people around and didn't have a lot of time to wait around so I left. I called back later and got transferred to the tech department but whoever was there put me on hold. When another person picked up the line to check on me, I kept being put on hold. What a sucky way to get a customer.\r

Went to World of CD-ROM yesterday and when I came in I was greeted and asked if I there was anything I was looking for or needed. I asked my questions and they answered and addressed my concerns right there. Bought the part they recommended and put it in when I got home - everything works great. Thanks guys!!!
