Only reason they get one star is because the system does not allow no stars.
Do not buy from or bring your vehicle to Nissan of Lake Norman for service. My first experience after buying my vehicle there was a 5 week diagnosis for a heater issue. They wanted to replace every part in the heater system because they did not know how to properly diagnose it. Every phone call about the status of my vehicle was a new and creative story. One year after the repair was completed the same issue started again and once more they wanted to start replacing every part in the system because they don't know how to diagnose the problem. Tried speaking with the GM and also the Business Development Manager about the issue. All of my phone messages and emails went unanswered. Now it's up to Nissan Consumer Affairs to sort out. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
