Bought a used Nissan from Modern, which supposedly made it through their rigorous inspection with excellent marks. Turned out to have an engine knock which was much more noticeable in the mornings. Verified with an independent mechanic. After much run around from service, used car manager and GM I was offered a swap except they didn't have an exact one to exchange for. Had to buy up in order to get out of the situation. Their attitude the whole way through is I ought to be grateful they were even willing to exchange the car. Wish I would have gone through the Better Business Bureau to arbitrate this.
