I was disappointed with the experience. I called to ask to make an appt to discuss a wedding cake we would like to order and the person was rude. She told me to draw it or bring a picture by then she would call me back and give me a quote. I tried to ask about an appt to discuss color options and other design and she told me to drop my picture off and because she was so busy, she would call me back when she had time. I explained that after meeting with several vendors, this is not a normal process and she then asked me to hold on because she had another call coming in and was busy. I told her no, I will not hold on and this is certainly a preview of a bad day on a wedding day over a late and ""not what we asked for"" cake. They lost a VERY LARGE account
