I paid them $500 to fix my GE refrigerator. They ""fixed"" it. A week later it broke again. It took them 2 weeks to come back. They ""fixed"" it again. Broke again 2 days again. Took them another 2 weeks to come back. They said they don't know what to do and will refund our money. They sent us 2 checks for $167. They never sent us the 3rd check. We have been calling Gregory for 7 months and he avoids us. Now we have to sue them for the rest of the money. Avoid them at all costs. Once you pay them, they don't care at all.
