I know it's gotten mixed reviews on here but every time I've been there, I've come back very satisfied. Same goes for everyone I've sent there. The owner is awesome, and will work with your schedule to make sure that you're not unduly inconvenienced by the repairs you need to get. Case in point: I had to get my laptop fixed after spilling some water on it and he kindly scheduled it so that I only had to give up my laptop for just-about 10 hours! I know there are complaints on here that the service isn't much to holler about, or that the products aren't very great, but I've been here countless times and I've always come back satisfied. It's a small store though so I guess you just have to be a little more pro-active about what you want/need. One of the friends I sent there didn't need her laptop back urgently so she got hers back only after 3 days. When I had to get my keyboard fixed, it took forever for them to get the replacement keyboard in, but once they had it, it took a little less than 2 hours from drop-off to pick-up. The owner is really, really helpful (and knowledgeable), and will go over things in detail with you even if you're not getting anything. And he's not out to make a quick buck either; he's never recommended something overpriced to me at the expense of something equivalent that's cheaper.
