Dropped my laptop off due to not holding a charge. Was told my plug was either loose and needed to be soldered ($150), or replaced ($200). They called 3 days later and said it was ready and would be $200. Picked it up, paid and went on my way. They then called my wife and told me it had not been looked at yet and that it had not even been off-site for repair. So, they automatically charged me the higher fee without even knowing that it needed to be replaced. Called the sales guy on Monday and got into a spirited conversation with him. I had already made 2 round trips there and they up-charged me automatically w/o even looking at the system. I was so aggravated that I asked that he refund my credit card, and he decided to argue with me further. So he balked at refunding my card when zero work had been done on it. He kept asking me who at the company called me to tell me it was ready, and I kept telling him I do not know. He implied basically that I was lying and would not refund due to me picking it up before it was ready. Finally asked him if I brought it in could he guarantee it would be ready by Friday, and he said it would. Guess what - it wasn't. When all was said and done, I had made 4 round trips for a simple repair job, I was argued at by the sales guy, it was implied I was lying, and I still can't trust whether it actually needed the $200 repair as opposed to the $150 repair. Gave them 2 stars b/c I finally did get my system back, but they will never get my service again. I know things happen and there are sometimes miscommunication in business, but they never apologized for the way they handled this paying customer
