Outstanding! I had a flood from the drains in my basement. I called 2 companies. Matthews Water Damage called back in 2 minutes, had a team over in less than 30 minutes. They explained what they will do and actually went beyond. After a few minutes we smelt through the ducts a great smell that got rid of the bad smell we already had from the sewage. They put barricades up, prevented dust, and removed everything that was affected very fast. I work in a company that provides services and I can really say we can learn from the service Matthews Water Damage provides for water damage. They deal with the INSURANCE!!!! Wow what a relief .The reconstruction crews was just as great as the emergency crews. I would recommend Matthews Water Damage to anyone that finds themselves in a similar predicament.
