We called Matthews Water Damage when my toilet over flowed in the middle of the night. We woke up to two inches of water and considerable damage to our home. I was worried they wouldn't come all the way to where we lived but they were here within an hour. Right away they got to work to taking out the water and drying the place. They explained thoroughly what damages had occurred and what to do to prevent further damage. They also helped us work with our insurance company allowing us to receive a fair settlement. They were fast, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Matthews Water Damage if you have a flood or any other type of water damage. more

I was looking in internet to find a 5/23/2012

I was looking in internet to find a reliable company to come and fix the leaking problem from our bathroom celling that was going on for a while. I called few companies; I decided to go with Matthews Water Damage. They gave me an excellent consultation over the phone and also told me few things that I need to do before they get there. After the first estimate and very good quote, I agreed to them doing the job right away. Matthews Water Damage did a very good job finding what caused the leak and fixed it with reasonable price in such a short time. more

Water Damage Gurus 4/5/2012

One afternoon the dreaded accident occurred, my garbage disposal stopped working and water spilled over my sink onto my hardwood floors, that leaked into the ceiling of my beautiful, finished lower level. I immediately started looking on my computer for companies that would help with this situation. I chose Matthews Water Damage. The team came in, assessed the damage and proceeded very professionally. They dried out my floor and gave me excellent follow-up information. Matthews Water Damage is an excellent company, I would highly recommend them for any water damage or clean-up situations. more

Amazing group of people 4/3/2012

I've happily used these guys for years, but when my sewer finally went out, backing up into my basement (yuk!) I was especially grateful for Matthews Water Damage?s professionalism and fast response helping with professional cleanup and replacing the line. Later, when a related issue neither of us knew about arose, they came right out and fixed it! They explain everything, clean up after themselves, are courteous and friendly. Look no further 3/22/2012

Matthews Water Damage recently came to my house to do some work in our crawl space. I am writing to let everyone know that the technicians were wonderful! He was very professional yet personable at the same time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issues with our crawl space and took the time to explain it to me so I could fully understand. He even re-explained the whole situation to my husband over the phone so that we both understood all of the issues. He was prompt. He was considerate. He returned our phone calls immediately. He came back on a Sunday to finish the job. I am so glad I called Matthews Water Damage. Because of the way everything was handled over and above, we will be referring your company in the future to any friend or relative that might require help with Water Damage. Big Thanks! 2/17/2012

Outstanding! I had a flood from the drains in my basement. I called 2 companies. Matthews Water Damage called back in 2 minutes, had a team over in less than 30 minutes. They explained what they will do and actually went beyond. After a few minutes we smelt through the ducts a great smell that got rid of the bad smell we already had from the sewage. They put barricades up, prevented dust, and removed everything that was affected very fast. I work in a company that provides services and I can really say we can learn from the service Matthews Water Damage provides for water damage. They deal with the INSURANCE!!!! Wow what a relief .The reconstruction crews was just as great as the emergency crews. I would recommend Matthews Water Damage to anyone that finds themselves in a similar predicament. more

My kitchen sink had a water leak that I just notice till a few days ago so I called Matthews Water Damage to fix the problem! They responded to my call very fast and were working in my home within hours the water damage that I had in my home was horrible and after the job was done it looked perfect!!! Matthews water damage really made an impression on us. We had a flood due to the ac drain was clogged. They called our insurance and got to our home quickly to start the work. It was great. We had no down time what so ever. I was really glad we called them. Good people I must say hard workers. more

I had called Matthews water damage when my basement filled up with water after my hot water tank busted. I was glad I did they were able to work with my insurance and come out that same day. They really did a fantastic job for us. I was able to stay in my home and they worked really hard at making sure everything would dry niceley with no problems. more

Wonderful to deal with. We had a flood in our bathroom due to the tub over flowed. Matthews water damage did an excellent job getting all the water cleaned up and made sure that everything dried and was sanitized. I was pleased with the out come and the insurance picked everything up for us with this company. more
