I couldn't have said it any better myself.
I've been in this salon a few times, and never have I enjoyed the stale trail mix, or the crunch-less animal crackers. You WILL always wait on her, no less than thirty minutes, in her tacky outdated environment.
Her hairstyles are always lacking that special touch, and seems to be stuck in the past. I was never satisfied with my color or cut. My highlights always had grey roots, they we're always brassy and or spotty. Over all i was never satisfied.
Another thing I've noticed, she can't hold on to employees, but I'm guessing that's because she works them like they're animals..or as ""African Slaves.""
This is a poor excuse for a salon, and does not represent Redken's Gold Salon standards.
