Let me preface by saying: we are long-term customers of Sal Grosso. This evening, Sal Grosso lost our business due to poor service. Management (John) was very ungracious in responding to a reasonable alternative seating request. Also, no communication on exit (no good evening, no thank you for coming, no how was your meal).
