Let me preface by saying: we are long-term customers of Sal Grosso.
This evening, Sal Grosso lost our business due to poor service. Management (John) was very ungracious in responding to a reasonable alternative seating request. Also, no communication on exit (no good evening, no thank you for coming, no how was your meal).
At these prices, service needs to be excellent. Very disappointing as this used to be out ""go to"" place for birthdays, anniversaries, special date nights...
