Lars is a kind, gentle, understanding practitioner. I was afraid before, never having had acupuncture and being terrified of needles but he reassures me, calmed me and I trusted him. I saw him the first time 8 days ago and then again yesterday and my insomnia is better, I am sleeping better and I am very optimistic that within a few months time I will be sleeping better than I have in over a decade.
