Pain and Spasm Relief at Harmony Wellness! 10/18/2013

After only four highly skilled and targeted sessions from Maki, Kim, and Lars, I am feeling less pain and experiencing restorative sleep after a fall injury which gave me horrible lower back pain, migraines, and endless right shoulder pain, spasming, and mobility issues. I am amazed at the skill and compassion of all of these exceptional acupuncturists. I feel so extraordinarily fortunate to receive care and relief from these generous hearted experts! more

I love Harmony Wellness! 10/17/2013

I've been seeing Lars for a few years now for accupuncture treatment for a variety of sports related injury and soreness. From knees to shoulders, elbows and ankles I've been amazed at how effective the treatments have been. Lars and Maki and their staff are as cool as can be. THANKS! more

How Harmony Community Wellness has helped me 10/13/2013

I have been going to HCWC for about two years now. The people who give the services are wonderful. Very caring and considerate and professional. I have massage , accupuncture and practice Tai Chi. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful and relaxing. It all contributes to my well being and peace of mind. It is a very welcoming place to be. We are fortunate to have HCWC in Escondido more

Completely satisfied 10/10/2013

I had woken up with headache and neck pain for about a week. After just 1 visit I was able to sleep all night and wake up refreshed and without any head or neck pain. I wholeheartedly recommend Lars and Harmony Community Wellness Center. more

Awesome Healing! 10/7/2013

I went in with so much pain and needed to catch a plane to Switzerland the next morning. Maki did some amazing work on my back that allowed me to proceed with my travel and work. I was very impressed with Lars' knowledge and how he makes it affordable. I only went there once, I liked everything, not sure about being next to others during the accupuncture session, but it was very quiet, and I know that studies have shown that it enhances healing. more

Lars and the team are so knowledgable, friendly and kind. They offer a wonderful, affordable acupuncture service to the community. I recently hurt my back and thanks to their incredible prices I was able to get the treatment I needed. Appreciation 9/17/2013

I am so grateful for the wisdom, skill and gentleness with which Lars and Kim treated my dear friend, Denise. They provided her with relief and support during a difficult diagnosis of cancer, and eventual death. They have helped me through the process of losing a dear friend, and the impacts on my physical and emotional body. Thank you both for being there. more

Immediate relief 9/8/2013

I came to Harmony Wellness for relief from my painful elbows, bursitis. After one treatment I was able extend my elbow and bend fully without pain. The treatment room is calming and a cool respite from the 100 degree weather outside. Lars and Kim are gentle and professional. I have been very pleased with my experience. more

greatful! 9/7/2013

I started coming to Harmony after my Grandmother passed away. I was really having difficulty getting thru my grief. It helped me SO much with my grief and helps my anxiety. The people are so nice. Peaceful, healing, air conditioned ;} environment. I never was one to think acupuncture would be for me, but I went in with an open mind. I'm so glad I did! The yoga classes are really fun too. I really feel it when I miss my appointment. THANKYOU Harmony Wellness Center! more

Lars is a great acupunturist. He has really taken the time to work with my busy schedule and help relieve tension in my upper back from the stresses of life. Along with that, he also is understanding of what is going on with each person. I'll continue to come and refer people as well. Thanks Lars more

Great Accupunture Experience 9/3/2013

Every visit at Harmony Community Wellness Center has been a positive experience that I would highly recommend! I have had Accupunture prior to using HCWC but have never had group Accupunture. It makes it affordable and they really concentrate on your problem areas. more
