When my boyfriend and I first started looking at engagement rings, we looked at several places. After going to several places, Wedding Day in the Shops at West End definitely won out over all the other jewelry stores in the area! We walked in and immediately felt at ease. All of the staff were warm and friendly and helped us feel like we were part of the family. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted in my engagement ring, and was amazed by the large collection of rings and diamonds they had! When I explained what I wanted to Brock, he was able to bring out several rings that fit my dream ring. He was extremely patient and understanding as my boyfriend and I worked through what ring I wanted and what diamond would be amazing for us that would fit in out budget. One thing I loved is that they special order every ring in each person's specific finger size and for the dimensions of the diamond! I loved that I have a ring that no other woman has worn :) When my boyfriend came in and picked up the ring, Lissy and Charley greeted him by name and remembered him right away. Jess was extremely nice and personable asking him questions regarding our conversations from when we were in weeks earlier. I've gone in once to get it cleaned so far, and everyone remembered me. I""ve never felt so at home and comfortable at a jewelry store before! They are definitely the best out there, and I recommend them to any one out there!
