Note: This was the letter I e-mailed via Cohen's main website. They haven't responded two days later.
I was given an exam and bought contacts at this store and tried to return six months later, around New Years, for more contacts boxes. The store's staff told me that the doctor had quit and taken the prescriptions and that I should e-mail her at the address [REDACTED]. After e-mailing that address, the person responding was a Dr. Tam John. I requested that this doctor scan and attach my prescription and they told me they wanted a physical address and would mail it. That was fine so I gave them an address. They never mailed it. It has been eleven days since I e-mailed with the address and I have sent three e-mails total since then and received no further response.
I am very frustrated with this experience. Unless this Dr. Tam John mails my prescription and sends e-mail confirmation of having mailed it in the next week, I will have to vow never to do business with your chain again. I request that you contact Dr. Tam John at the e-mail address given, or via phone if you know the number, and explain the situation. Thank you.
