I suspect that the positive reviews for Computerease were written by The Voice on the Intercom mentioned in other reviews. I needed a relatively simple repair. The Voice quoted prices that were much higher than what I had found online. The Voice told me that if I supplied the parts, they would not be guaranteed. The implication, of course, is that the parts would be guaranteed if provided by Computerease. Um, no. The part was not installed properly and broke within two weeks. Immediately, The Voice aggressively insisted that this was impossible, that someone had done something to my computer, and that I was accusing them of incompetence. After five minutes of implying that I was a liar, he informed me that the part wasn't under warranty anyway. The common theme of the believable reviews is that the customer service provided by The Voice is clinically defective. It is. The Voice does not seem to understand the importance of happy customers. When you walk in to Computerease, something seems sleazy. It is. Walk away. (The Voice should change the name to ""COMPUTERSLEAZE"".)
