RUN AWAY.......Bad business practices. Changed the passwords on the server, so that we could not get in, then sabotaged the business by changing all the email passwords, so that we did not get any emails for a week. Had to take back the email service by force and block them out. They spent the last year providing poor service and over-charging for often not fixing the problem. Now to be fair, they were owed money - although it would be a good argument that they didn't earn it. Not the kind of people you would want to do business with. more

After messing around for nearly 2 weeks trying to get my 3 home computers networked i finally gave up and decided to call someone. I picked Computerease out of the phonebook since their ad seemed to suggest they could network these things for me. I was a little leary about just picking someone out of the phonebook, but it worked out perfect. The guy came out and was very professional and had everything working in 2 hours! Now, I can sit in my living room and surf the net and print to my wife's computer. Highly Recommended. James more

I can understand a policy which does not allow for returns, especially since you are purchasing a used computer. Of course, having no recourse once you walk out the door seems a little unfair. I believe you have 24-48 hours. (WOW!) I recently purchased a laptop from this store. I told the sales person what I needed it for and he assured me it was cable ready and showed me in the store that it was connected to the internet. When I got it home I could not get online and when I called the store he told me to do all these disconnections with the cable modem, etc. It still would not work. I took it back the next day and requested my money to be returned. They discovered (duh!) that the laptop was not cable ready and their connection was actually an ethernet connection. How dishonest!!! He had to know this. They refused to refund my money and put a network card in the side of the laptop which now sticks out the side of the computer. NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED IN A LAPTOP! I will never purchase from this store again and never recommend it to anyone. The owner was not willing to consider me, THE PAYING CUSTOMER and what I wanted. At this store, the owner must always be right and very unethical...in my opinion. more
