The Best Around! 7/6/2006

I have used Kniesel's since 1993, and have had three cars repaired after one major collision and two fender benders. If you care about your car at all, it is worth taking it here because they are the BEST! I had a Nissan Maxima, a Toyota Camry, and a new BMW repaired here, and they may take a little longer, and may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! And if others tell you they are too busy, maybe it is for a reason, and that is because they are one of the most respectable auto body shops in California. Also, I know people who will take their luxury cars only here, from as far as San Francisco, just because they have the best reputation and will do anything to satisfy their customers. This is not a paid review! I just love everything they have done to make me a happy customer! more

Decent, But Really Busy 9/29/2005

Kniesel's is always really busy, so I generally end up taking my car somewhere else to avoid a wait that can sometimes take days before my car can get into the shop. Their prices have always been a little on the high end, but nothing outrageous. Their staff is very nice, but it seems like they are always training someone new, so it makes me a little leary about taking my car to someone inexperienced. I'd say that it's worth going there once if you can get in right away, but I wouldn't be surprised if you told me that you'd had a bad experience with them. more
