I was most pleased with the service at the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse--from the time I took in my old sewing machine to my purchase of a new one. The technician who talked with me after diagnosing my old machine was quite knowledgeable, thorough, and even sympathetic (unfortunately, the part needed for repair is no longer available for my beloved 40-year-old machine). The sales representative, Lee, was also quite knowledgeable, guiding me to the machine best suited for my needs, and most patient answering my questions. I do recommend the Warehouse for both repairing your current machine and purchasing a new one
