This place is one of the biggest scam I have ever encountered. I went into their office because my tooth had cracked and I was feeling pain. I called the office they said they could see me right away. I was place in the chair and they said while we wait for the dentist lets give you a cleaning. Now after almost 2 hours waiting to get my tooth fixed the dentist proceeds to tell me that she has not time to come back in two weeks. But took the time to elaborate on how I need to have my root canals redone because I had an infection for now 20 years. REALLY!!! an infection does not stay localized it would have spread. I didn't have any cavities or any other issue but a cracked tooth. As I am now frustrated go to check to be told a cleaning is not covered by my insurance. Even though I know my preventative service is covered at 100%. Well they were billing for some periodontal treatment not a cleaning. How does a visit for a cracked tooth which did not even get treated become a periondontal cleaning???? SCAM!!!! I will never go back to this facility.
