We contracted for two storm doors in mid January and gave Window Warehouse a deposit by check. We were promised the doors within two weeks. We heard nothing, and called two weeks later and were told the doors would be delivered and installed the following Wednesday. No show. We called, were told it would take another week. No show. We then told Jani, the owner, that we wanted to cancel the contract - he promised once again to come and did not show. No calls, nothing. We then asked for our deposit back. He said he would send it. Again, no show. We are still waiting...and have started action with the DCA. These are unethical and dishonest people. Stay away.
