NY Window Warehouse, Inc.

NY window warehouse is doing work on my new neighbors house. they start work on weekends at 8am and stop at 10pm even on mother's day. they block my driveway and the other homeowners driveways on the block and even have the nerve to park in my driveway the minute i leave, even if i am only gone for 1/2 hour. they are not considerate!!!!! if you want to stay friends with your neighbors do not hire this bunch of inconsiderate clods!!! i would not give them any star but you have to put at least one star to publish your review. more

I could not do any worse than the Window Warehouse. They were messy, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I am still having problems with the low quality windows that were installed. I now have to go through the manufacturer to get these windows repaired. Jani is a no call, no show, no return call type of installer. In my 8 years as a homeowner, NY Window Warehouse was the worst contractor I have ever used. I would like to give a no star review but 1 star is the lowest rating I can give. more

very unprofessional. i went through hell for months they asked for the money upfront and never got the job done, also very disrespectful...thes guys need to be shut down more

These guys are a joke, I payed them thousands of dollars upfront and they promised me the job would be done in one month, I called them everyday for 1 year and no answer until I called my lawyer, come to find out they don't even have a lisence!!! biggest mistake I will never recommend window warehouse to anyone! more

We contracted for two storm doors in mid January and gave Window Warehouse a deposit by check. We were promised the doors within two weeks. We heard nothing, and called two weeks later and were told the doors would be delivered and installed the following Wednesday. No show. We called, were told it would take another week. No show. We then told Jani, the owner, that we wanted to cancel the contract - he promised once again to come and did not show. No calls, nothing. We then asked for our deposit back. He said he would send it. Again, no show. We are still waiting...and have started action with the DCA. These are unethical and dishonest people. Stay away. more

I AM THE SUPER FOR ONE OF THE BUILDINGS ON PELHAM PARKWAY. I HAD THE INSPECTION COME SO I CALLED NY WINDOW WAREHOUSE FOR SOME REPAIRS I TOLD THEM I NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME ASAP. THE GUY CAME AND FINISHED EVERYTHING THAT DAY PUT IN 2 NEW GLASSES AND INSTALLED SOME PARTS THAT WERE MISSING FOR A COUPLE OF WINDOWS. VERY RELIABLE, THEY WERE THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM AND I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PROBLEMS. FOR ANY BODY WHO NEEDS REPAIRS THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL. more

I wanted a wood door for the front of my house for a long time now. I went to a couple of different places and the prices they gave me were out of this world. I know that wood is expensive and everything so, before I decided i passed by NY Window Warehouse just to se what kind of doors they had. I was so happy to see that they had the door I wanted for a much cheaper price so I decided right there and than. I went to give my deposit that same day and, yesterday they installed my door. My house looks amazing. The price is not the only thing im happy about, these guys are really clean they cleaned up like maids im not kidding. I have worked with contractors in the past and thats been a big problem. The door is finished now I need windows and I know who I am going to call for sure. THANK YOU NY WINDOW WAREHOUSE more

I HONESTLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE TO BE SO NEGATIVE WHEN SPEAKING ABOUT NY WW. THE GUYS CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DID 2 SCREEN DOORS, THEY DID MY BATHROOM, AND THE TILES ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR! GIVE THEM A BREAK! THEY WERE IN AND OUT TOOK THEM APPROXIMATELY 4 DAYS TO FINISH THE JOB! THEY WERE VERY CLEAN, I WILL RECCOMEND THEM TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!! I Love my house now. I bought a house last year that needed a lot of work so my neighbor recomended NY Window Warehouse because he had his windows done from them.So i decided to call Window Warehouse and i am glad i did because they did a spectacular job expecially with my kitchen. I have to change 2 other windows so i am going to call them again definitely. more

I had a very good experience with NY Window Warehouse. They did all the windows in my house and i am pleased with the service. The guys were very nice and professional and i will recomend them to everyone that needs windows. more

Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Installed the wrong size window and proceeded to scream at me in my own house. Disrespectful and dishonest. Very disappointing. more
