start to finish one of the worst spa experiences. nothing huge just all the little things and then the massage just wasn't worth it. warming blanket shut off in the middle, therapist put container on my butt, didn't change out blankets from chairs in front rooms.yuck! many many more issues. glad we got it on groupon, would have been furious to pay full price
