Great salon 2/4/2012

I visited Navii because my husband bought me a gift certificate for the salon. I called to make an appt. For a haircut and high/low light. I was able to get in the next day. When arriving I received a tour of salon. I thought this was nice, i never had been offered any of the other places I usually get my hair done at. The salon had a very nice and friendly atmosphere. The stylist who did my hair took her time and did a great job. My low light was a little darker than I wanted but I couldnt complain because she was so attentive and tried to do exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon to others. more

start to finish one of the worst spa experiences. nothing huge just all the little things and then the massage just wasn't worth it. warming blanket shut off in the middle, therapist put container on my butt, didn't change out blankets from chairs in front rooms.yuck! many many more issues. glad we got it on groupon, would have been furious to pay full price more

Get spoiled: Navii has real customer care 2/3/2012

Navii's real commitment to customer service and satisfaction keeps me coming back. It's such an inviting atmosphere where the staff go out of their way to make sure your experience is comfortable and satisfying. They really spoil their customers. I love Candy and Tracey and Kristen and really the entire crew. Not a bad one in the bunch. And my hair has never looked better! more
