The post slamming customers was so inappropriate wow.... The customers are cranky because the type of employees being hired by best buy or neither helpful knowledgeable or appropriately ready to be introduced to a customer.... heads-up huge holes in your ears to make yourself noticed wow those employees should not be on the front line helping customers seriously make a unique statement in your own home not in a strangers face...customers have a right to expect to be pampered they are spending money in your store and it is the stores job to make sure it is a successful sale for both parties... so instead of complain about a customer try to listen figure out what she or he is confused about with the product they want and help them feel better about buying it by talking to them about the products benefits instead of getting so irate that you have to deal with them... those are my thoughts and the employee who called the customer a b***h should quit if he hates working with customers not s
