I have to say i am very disappointed with the staff here. I came to make a purchase and the guy at the phone department turned out to be a liar and not to mention rude. \r
How do you quote one price then when the phone arrives, up the price by $100 dollars? Shame on you Jeremy! And shame on the management for such a shoddy job of running the store. Go ahead, run the customers right out the store. Now i know better....i will not be back and believe me, i will re-tell this experience to all who listen! \r
Now that i have shared my story, three other people tell me the same thing, "do not purchase from bestbuy!" \r
Shame! So disappointing...oh well someone else can have my money then!!!
