The post slamming customers was so inappropriate wow.... The customers are cranky because the type of employees being hired by best buy or neither helpful knowledgeable or appropriately ready to be introduced to a customer.... heads-up huge holes in your ears to make yourself noticed wow those employees should not be on the front line helping customers seriously make a unique statement in your own home not in a strangers face...customers have a right to expect to be pampered they are spending money in your store and it is the stores job to make sure it is a successful sale for both parties... so instead of complain about a customer try to listen figure out what she or he is confused about with the product they want and help them feel better about buying it by talking to them about the products benefits instead of getting so irate that you have to deal with them... those are my thoughts and the employee who called the customer a b***h should quit if he hates working with customers not s more

I was looking up the phone number for this store and saw a bad review and I had to respond as I have always received great service for returns, purchases and a repair. I will read the negative review as I just glimpsed at it but I go out of my way to do business at this Best Buy!! They are quick to price match and seem to value peoples business. Just the other day I was there for a computer repair and walked around the store in a t-shirt and shorts and received attention and service in at least three different departments. It was pretty obvious that I was not buying anything that day but I was still given a lot of time and never felt like any of the associates were rushed even though two of them obviously stopped what they were doing to answer my questions show me some items and give very honest and insightful feedback. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite staff. This is probably my favorite store do to their customer service. I know NO one and am not related to anyone at more

I have to say i am very disappointed with the staff here. I came to make a purchase and the guy at the phone department turned out to be a liar and not to mention rude. \r How do you quote one price then when the phone arrives, up the price by $100 dollars? Shame on you Jeremy! And shame on the management for such a shoddy job of running the store. Go ahead, run the customers right out the store. Now i know better....i will not be back and believe me, i will re-tell this experience to all who listen! \r Now that i have shared my story, three other people tell me the same thing, "do not purchase from bestbuy!" \r Shame! So disappointing...oh well someone else can have my money then!!! more

Management at this business sucks 1/5/2008

I will never be back in at this store again. I'm a believer of the 3 strikes you're out rule. First they misplaced something I ordered from them 3 times in one week. Each time I was promised it would be there the next day. Finally on the 3rd day I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that, that it was on it's way that day. So I waited and waited and finally it got there. When I asked a John Greer if he could lower the price because of the inconvenience he refused and was a bit rude with me. It's hard to believe a store I use to shop with for years would hire such rude people.\r \r Secondly, I came in a time before that and heard 3 employees including what looked like a manager to be making fun of a customer who was in the store at the time. Is this how Best Buy wants to conduct business? Is this how they want the community to see them? If so I hope they are closed down and pushed out of Noblesville because this is quite uncalled for.
