Would not give an estimate of work on the phone, the employee said they ""had to look"" but since we bought the kitchen sink fixture and just needed it installed, and she said ""I don't think it'll cost that much"" we had them come to the house. Come to find out the plumber said ""It's a FIXED cost for this particular item, it costs $280 for 1 hour of work and they want you to join 'some club' to get a reduction. DO NOT LET THEM SET A FOOT ON YOUR PROPERTY without getting an estimate of the work value first, they charge a $60 service fee that they pretend to ""wave"" when they gauge you for your repairs! The technician smelled my garbage disposal and recommended based on 'smell' that it be 'replaced'... oh by the way it worked FINE, did i mention I couldn't use it CAUSE THE KITCHEN SINK WATERS OFF duh! And the technician went into my garage without my permission and put an 'emergency sticker' with their number on my hot water heater! Um... I'm home, did you ask permission to go in my garage??? NO. STAY THE HECK AWAY from this plumber. That being said... they're ontime, polite and no plumbers cracks. I have used this plumber for several repairs, they do good work, and they cost too much.
