First time, I went prior to making an appointment to get a quote for my dog. The lady proceeded to have a conversation on the phone for 10 minutes without acknowledging me at all and then actually left the room for a few minutes. Then she gave me a quote of $50. I decided to try them out as it would be a convenient location. They took about 4 hours and the job was just average. Had much better results but was willing to accept for convenience.\r
I just took the dog for a second visit and dropped her off. They called back an hour and a half later to tell me they wouldn't do my dog unless I paid 75$ and they would not accept my coupons. When I talked about my quoting experience and how they looked up the breed they refused to change their pricing. The price is higher than all the other groomers around here, job subpar, and how can you change a price by $25 when nothing has changed about the dog (not bigger, same breed, same hair condition, no matting).\r
I would not go to this place again if it was free.
