My first experience with BBa??s grooming was horrible. My original appointment was for a mobile visit scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon. I left work early to be at my house for this appointment. An hour after my scheduled time had passed, the receptionist called me. She stated that they wouldna??t be coming due to a complication with their vehicle that occurred earlier in the day. I inquired as to why I was just now being informed if this occurred earlier in the day. She disrespectfully told me there was nothing they could do for me except reschedule. Frustrated, but in desperate need of a cut for my pooch, I rescheduled. Two weeks later, and the day before my newly scheduled appointment, the receptionist left me a voicemail saying that they would have to cancel my appointment because all their other appointments for that day were in a completely different location. Furthermore, she explained that a??she wouldna??t be coming tomorrowa?? because it was out of her way. I was absolutely shocked. What kind of business gives customer service THIS bad? It was unbelievable. I will never utilize their services, and I would highly recommend you do the same.
