BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a chair from the HB location in October 2010. It arrived with damage to one of the arms. We sent it back for repair and it was returned in worse shape, there were cuts and abrasions in the leather from mishandling and they didn't even repair the arm. We didn't even take it home we had them send it back again for repair and they took forever. When they gave us back the chair, this time delivered to our house, it was obviously they took the same damaged leather and moved it around so that the damage was in different places, and on top of that, there was a part that the leather didn't fit quite right so they pieced it together like patchwork and there was a square of material sewn together with thread on the outside. I was horrible looking and definitely would have come apart over time. we took the chair back to the store because the delivery person wouldn't take it back, this was in February this year. It is now December and we still haven't received our money back!! I had bought a chaise lounge also, at the same time, which there was a problem with the cushion being the wrong size, it was measured wrong and didn't fit well on the chaise but we decided to fix it ourselves because of the issue we encountered with the chair we didn't trust them not to make the problem with our chaise worse. I wouldn't buy anything from this company, they don't stand behind their furniture as they claim to. Which was the reason we purchased from them in the first place!
